Pizza Hut Munchen, Am Isartor in Munich

Hello my is singh I also have an Indian restaurant. I have also had a delivery service since we were 14 years old. I have never been as unfriendly with my customer as the person at Pizza Hut Isartor was just 21/01/21 7:21 PM I called in for 20 years in pizzahut in isartor ihenen eat what the employee is the unbelievably correct licks he should come to my local shop then I learn him how kamma customers trade. I never wanted to besettel but now ?????????????????????????? I'm doing good now. Advertise your staff

On time delivery and as expected quality

I ordered two pizzas earlier and one accidentally with bacon. Although both were already delivered, the employee Daniel was so nice on the phone and said he would send me a new one without bacon. That delights the heart of a pregnant woman. ?

Very good pizza and came out of the oven on time for the pick up time. What more do you want ?

Very rude staff .. No respect for friendly customers at all. Perhaps if you shouldn't offend your guests, you won't be so desperate to make sales. With your behavior, nobody comes a second time. It was obviously not an isolated incident ...

I used to like to eat there and due to Corona I often get pizza there. I have not encountered any unfriendly staff in this shop. That was important to me, because negative things are often talked about but not positive things. The pizza is always delicious ... !!! But I especially noticed the staff. They even help you if you get expensive because of extra requests, they always have an idea how it is better and you don't pay overpriced! I can only recommend this shop! Keep it up!

The waitress speaks very bad German and could hardly understand me.

Pizzas in other branches are lavishly topped with chicken. Customer requests are ignored. Offers are not mentioned when ordering and you only find out later that you could have got more for less money. Really weak!

Good food and really nice service ?

Would like to say something about the food or service there, but after 45 minutes. We haven't been served yet, but the waitresses take all the time in the world to talk to each other instead of working. In addition, the service was super rude, whoever hired them was definitely on drugs!

I've never seen anything like that before. You open your pizza box and you notice that a piece of pizza is missing. Unbelievable ?

Very good pizza. I can highly recommend the lemonades that are currently on offer because they are not that extremely sweet. A small mistake was made in the billing process, but the wait staff noticed it immediately before the invoice was presented to us. The waitress came to us with the branch manager and he apologized for the mistake. Very customer friendly! I give it 5 stars for that!

Very bad service from staff. Very unfriendly there is a differentiation whether you order outside or "at the restaurant" nobody would recommend coming here. So to speak, kicked us out. Didn't want to leave our pizza ready to eat !!!!

Pizza was delicious, but only 4 stars because the portion was so big that I vomited. Ps is heavy in the stomach Lars had to go straight to the quiet place, which was then no longer so quiet ..

I like me some Pizza Hut. The Sonic pizza was better then expected. The chicken Frank's in the crust were awasome. This was the first time I had deserts at Pizza Hut and I was quite surprise. The portions are not too small and not too big, just the perfect size.

Good service

This place is great. The location is terrible since the neighborhood is not the best but is right in the center so it's perfect for to-go. Everything is really fresh and made to order. Additionally the staff that works on the take away side is really nice and friendly.

Great waiters, great food, what more is there to say.

First visit to a Pizza Hut in years and the brand hasn't aged well. The service was OK but it felt as though there was too many tables squeezed in and the pizzas were only just cooked through. Will probably be years before another visit.

That's amazing. I was so delighted eating their pizza. Give you a fife stars. That's comfortable place to have some rest, friendship small talks. Weiters are also friendly. Nice place.

Bad service and oily piza

Great place, had a cheesy crust and it was wonderful. I would suggest everyone to try cheesy crust here if you are a cheese lover.

I would like to give good rating for pizza but worst rating for the behaviour of a waitor. I went to this place with my bf. Two incidents happened. 1. At the end of billing when I was paying the bill, the waitor started talking to me in my mother toungue so that my bf couldn't understand. He made some personal comments regarding both of us which was unacceptable. 2. When we wanted to pack rest of the pizza, he gave cartons to us to pack by ourself but he packed other customer's pizza himself. The rude behaviour was totally unacceptable and non tolerant.
